One AW*** and one EC*** helicopters are expected to be delivered in the near future，we are now open to solicit One AW*** and one EC*** helicopters international transport service solutions.

Destination: Nantou Heliport, **** Nanhai Road, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

*.服务要求：提供海运运输方案。包含但不仅限于直升机从启运地接收至目的地交付之间的整机塑封包装、装卸运输、保管储存、协助通关等国际运输业务（不包含进口运输保险）以及对于可能在交运地点、港口或途中发生的等待费用、更改船期费用及其他额外费用。

Service requirements: Provide a maritime transportation solution. Including but not limited to the helicopter from the point of departure to the destination delivery of the airframe wrapping, loading and unloading, storage, assistance in customs clearance and other international transportation business (excluding import transportation insurance) ,and waiting charges, rescheduling charges and other additional charges incurred at the place of delivery, port or en route.

*.供应商资质要求：供应商需具备合法有效的营业执照和相关资质证书，须提供过去*年内完成的中型或大型直升机（空载重量*吨或以上）运输经验证明材料。

Supplier requirements: The supplier shall have business license and relevant qualification certificate, and shall provide proof of transportation experience of mid or heavy helicopter (empty weight * tons or more) completed in the past year.

*. 报价方式******服务需求内容，须以美元报含税总价。为免疑义，本次征集仅为寻找合格供应商及获取项目成本价参考，征集单位不承诺必然******采购，实际采购项目将根据需求通过询价、竞争性磋商或公开招标等方式选取最终供应商，具体以征集单位发出的正式采购文件为准。

Quotation requirements: Must include all service requirements and should be quoted in US dollars including tax. For the avoidance of doubt, this solicitation is solely for the purpose of identifying qualified suppliers and obtaining references for the project cost price. The soliciting entity does not warrant that it will necessarily procure goods or services from the solicited suppliers. The actual procurement will select the final suppliers through inquiry, competitive negotiation, public bidding or other methods in accordance with the actual needs, subject to the official procurement documents issued by the soliciting entity.
