(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:&(*) Construction enterprises engaged in urban landscaping projects must hold valid business licenses.
(*) They must possess the construction general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower projects at level three or above, issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China.
(*) They must have a safety production license (valid within the period).
(*) Qualification requirements for project managers (landscaping): They must have a mid-level or above professional title in landscape design.
