项目概况及招标范围：Detailed engineering design, construction drawing design, supply, manufacture, transportation, unloading, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, trial operation, performance testing, reliability testing, inspection, handover, and warranty of the fire protection systems; including all equipment, materials, accessories, cables, wires, cable trays, conduits, supports and hangers, instruments, valves, fittings, and consumable materials related to the fire protection systems.室外消防给水系统及相关附属设施；室内消火栓系统及相关附属设施；自动水喷淋系统及相关附属设施；自动雨淋水喷雾灭火系统及相关附属设施；气体灭火系统及相关附属设施；灭火器配置系统及相关附属设施；火灾自动报警及探测系统及相关附属设施；消防泵房系统及相关附属设施；危险区域防爆型消防电气设备及相关附属设施等。

投标人资格要求：（*）The bidders must have an independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China and provide a valid business license, or completed local registration in the Middle East (Only Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) Region and possess relevant construction experience.（*） The bidder is required to provide Firefighting System Qualification and Certification Documents, or valid CR and VAT certificates.（*）响应人须是在中华人民共和国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或在中东区域(限制阿曼、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、卡塔尔)完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（*）响应人须提供消防系统相关资质证书或有效的CR及VAT证书。
