如任何投标人对上述结果有异议，可在公示之日起 * 日内向招标人提出。

根据《招标投标法》及相关规定，投标人和与招标活动直接相关且有直接利害关系的当事人依法享有提出异议的权利。提出异议时，应注意以下事项：

Announcement of the Recommended Tender Winner Candidate

All relevant bidders:

The evaluation of the bid for the BYP project of the Thailand EGAT***kV reactor by Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd. has  concluded. The winning candidates recommended by the evaluation committee are now being announced, with a public notice period of * days. If bidders or other interested parties have any objections to the evaluation results, they should submit written (email) comments during the announcement period.

If any bidder has any objection to the above results, he may submit it to the tenderer within * days from the date of publicity.

According to the tendering and bidding law and relevant regulations, bidders and parties  directly  involved  in  the  bidding activities and with  direct interests shall have the right to raise objections according to law. When raising objections, the following matters should be paid attention to:

1. The objection must be submitted in written form (mail) before the public announcement of the bid result.
2. The objection shall be submitted and shall include the followinginformation:

• Name, address, contact person and effective contact information ofthe objector
• Thename of the respondent ;
• Thebasic facts of the objection ;
• Validclues and relevant supporting materials.

1. If the objector is a legal person, the objection must be signed by its legal representative or authorized representative and sealed with the official seal, and an authorization letter must also be submitted; if the objector is an individual, the objection must be signed by the objector himself, accompanied by valid identification, and submitted by himself.
2. Thefollowing objections will not be accepted:

• Objections raised after the announcement of the winning bid results
• Theobjector cannot prove that it i s the bidder of the bidding and tendering activities being objected to or the parties directly involved and with a direct interest in the bidding and tendering activities ;
• Thematter of objection is not specific, and no effective clues are provided, making it difficult to verify.
• Where the matter of objection has been answered and no new evidence has been presented by the objector.

1. Objectors shall not exclude competitors under the guise of objection. The submission of false or malicious objections, or any obstruction to the normal conduct of bidding and tendering activities, shall constitute a violation and be subject to penalties.
