(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:&(*) Possesses the construction general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower projects at level III or above, issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China.
(*) Has a safety production license (valid within the validity period).
(*) The project leader to be dispatched holds the qualification certificate for registered construction engineer in water conservancy and hydropower projects at level II or above, possesses a valid safety production assessment qualification certificate, and has not been serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects. & & & &
