Commissioned by our entrusting party, Guangzhou Shipping Exchange Co., Ltd. (GSE), Guangzhou Hang Qing Bao Auction Co., Ltd. and Greater Bay Area Shipping United Services (Hong Kong) Limited determines to organize the online bidding of the * bulk carriers owned by the entrusting party, “MO GAN SHAN” ,“QIAN DAO HU”, “TIAN MU SHAN” and “YAN DANG SHAN”. The Supplementary content related to the original Announcement is stated as follows.

I.The Sellers’ Terms in the attachment to the original Announcement are hereby updated, and the updated version shall be subject to the attachment to this Supplementary Announcement.
