巴拿马运河第*大******，距离美洲大******，跨越巴拿马******走廊（Corredor Nte.），西端连接通往Arraijan的公路（未来将扩建至*车道）。其中，主桥主塔为H型主塔，塔高约***米。主桥中跨为***米，两侧各*个边墩，桥跨布置为***m+***m+***m=***m。主梁为叠合梁，桥面宽度**.**米。东引桥为*联连续梁，左幅****m，右幅****m。西引桥为*联连续梁，左幅****m，右幅****m。分幅设计桥面宽**.**米。

*. 招标内容

*.* 巴拿马运河第******（以下简称“招标方”）是*************第AL-*-**-**号合同项下的巴拿马运河第*大桥工程项目。招标方现在需要为现场斜拉桥建设采购斜拉索体系，含钢绞线、锚具、HDPE护管、阻尼器等。清单详见附件。

*.* 招标人拟通过本次招标，规范材料规格、定价等。投标文件以及合同中规定的价格、付款条件、交货日期、相关服务及其他合同要素，对合同双方具有约束力。

Announcement of Open Tender for the Cable-Stayed System of the Panama Fourth Bridge Project

*. Project Overview
*.* Project Name: Panama Canal Fourth Bridge Project
*.* Project Summary:
The Panama Canal Fourth Bridge is located west of Panama City, approximately *** meters north of the Bridge of the Americas. It spans the Panama Canal, connecting the Northern Corridor (Corredor Nte.) at its eastern end and the highway to Arraijan (to be expanded to eight lanes in the future) at its western end. The main bridge features an H-shaped tower, approximately *** meters high. The central span of the main bridge is *** meters, with one pier on each side, resulting in a total span arrangement of ***m + ***m + ***m = ***m. The main beam is a composite beam, with a bridge deck width of **.** meters. The eastern approach bridge is a five-span continuous beam, with the left span at ****m and the right span at ****m. The western approach bridge is a four-span continuous beam, with the left span at ****m and the right span at ****m. The bridge deck width is **.** meters for each span. 

*. Scope of Tender
*.* The Panama Canal Fourth Bridge Project Consortium Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Tenderer") is a company registered in Panama, whose main business is to execute the Panama Canal Fourth Bridge project under Contract No. AL-*-**-**. The Tenderer now needs to procure the cable-stayed system for the construction of the cable-stayed bridge on site, including steel strands, anchorages, HDPE conduits, dampers, etc. A detailed list is attached.
*.* The Tenderer intends to standardize material specifications and pricing through this tender. The prices, payment terms, delivery dates, related services, and other contractual elements stipulated in the tender documents and contract are binding on both parties.
