*.  Other Requirements

*) .Quotation shall be valid for at least ** calendar days from the date of submission.
*). The rental rate shall be inclusive of mobilization and demobilization costs.

*). The Supplier shall be responsible for routine maintenance and repair of the equipment during the rental period.
*). All equipment shall possess the required legal documentation and be in full compliance with applicable local regulations.

*). Quotation shall clearly indicate the monthly rental rate, overtime rate, mobilization/demobilization fee (if any), and total amount.
