本项目总投资**.***元，建安费**.***元。建设内容包括： 为解决排水不畅，地面高低坑洼、打滑等隐患问题，对永泰路***弄小区内的两个休闲小广场******拆旧，*个广场铺设沥青，另*个铺设人造石块材地面，并铺设雨水管道，新做侧平石等。 本项目拟通过择优选取的方式确定*家有资质的单位为本工程提供监理服务。

The total investment for this project is approximately ***,***.**CNY, with a construction and installation cost of ***,***.**CNY.The construction content includes:To address issues such as poor drainage, uneven ground, and slippery surfaces, the existing paving bricks at two small recreational plazas within the residential complex at *** Yongtai Road Lane will be removed. One plaza will be paved with asphalt, while the other will be paved with engineered stone. Additionally, stormwater pipes will be installed, and new curbs will be constructed.This project intends to select a qualified unit through a competitive process to provide supervision services for the project.
