This is China Communication Construction Company (“CCCC”) and MECSA Construction (Pty) Ltd (“MECSA”) formed a joint-venture known as “CCCC MECSA Joint Venture”.

The JV has been awarded with the ‘Mtentu River Bridge and Associated Roads on the N* Wild Coast Toll Road’ contract with reference: N.***-***-****/*C’ tender (“Tender”) tendered by the South African National Roads Agency Soc Limited (“SANRAL”).

The Mtentu River Bridge and Associated Roads forms part of the N* Wild Coast Road (N* WCR) project, which is SANRAL's flagship project in the Eastern Cape, with a distance about ** KM from Port Edward , ***km from Port Durban and *** km from Johannesburg.
